4,000—7,000 ft2 = $130.00
7,000—10,000 ft2 = $160.00
10,000—15,000 ft2 = $200.00
15,000—20,000 ft2 = $275.00
20,000—25,000 ft2 = $350.00
25,000—30,000 ft2 = $500.00
After this, combine lower ft2's together

a. Items we are looking for are runways, burrowing, nesting, and other like areas
b. Areas would be recorded and mapped with activity levels
2. Set up of interior trap sets (snap traps, catchalls, sticky pads, and interior bait stations)
a. All large baiting units are $10.00 a piece for setups
b. All small trapping units are $6.00 a piece for setups
c. Snap traps are baited with peanut butter, please alert technician of any nut allergies
2 weeks after 1st visit = $60.00
1. Check of all station placement areas and record activity levels
2. Rebait stations as needed, replace sticky pads as needed, empty catchalls as needed
4 weeks after 1st visit = $60.00

This is our “CLEAN-OUT” service or initial service for infestations of a Level 6 or more
a. In this service we would use aerosol based fogging agents, apply liquid residual w/ growth regulator, roach bait and place out roach monitoring stations
b. Area must be cleared of all living creatures for at a minimum of 4-6 hours for fogging
$125 per Block
This is our “CLEAN-UP” service or initial service for infestations of a Level 5 or below
a. In this service we would use a dusting agent, apply liquid residual w/growth regulator, roach bait and place out roach monitoring stations
$100 per Block
This is our “TIDY-UP” service as final service after infestation levels drop below 2
a. In this service we would apply liquid residual, rebait if need and replace monitoring stations if needed
